The problem maybe from anyone of these issues:- a) You have changed the hardware in your system (Motherboard / Hard disk etc..) b) You change the partition of your product install folder. For eg: during activation you used C:/ and now changed it to D:/ c) You didn't connect online during the manual activation process, so the product never got registered in the main server even once. d) You made some changes to your registry or the license file. e) You may have registered in one system and tried to transfer to another PC. f) You already sent the activation request by email and also try to activate the product online again. These issues may lead to problem, because, Celframe uses a very complex digital rights management system to protect your licensed products. This means that the product during activation either manual or online, it takes a lot of information from your PC's MAC (physical address) address of your system to ensure that only legitimate users only can activate using your product. This ensures that the owner even if he misplaces his CD or someone without his knowledge tries to copy the CD or install it in their PC it will not work, thereby protecting the owner from possible piracy or worst product deactivation issues. The solution for this problem is :- 1) If you had previously manually installed and the product was working properly and suddenly it stops working (either when you are online / offline), try to re-install the product in the same drive (for eg c:/ where you installed and sent the code to us) and then try online activation. No need to use the activation code sent by email) and then try to activate online. 2) If you had activated the product online and then this error occurs, please check if anyone else hasn't used your CD key without your knowledge in another PC at your home or if it in an office environment, then check with your system admin that if he has given your CD key to someone else as well in the network. Once confirmed, reinstall like in solution1 and the activate online. If still problem persists opt for manual activation. | |
