Product Online Activation Error

There maybe several reasons for an Online activation error of your product. Before you proceed to an email activation, please check the following:-
a) Is your internet connection working and stable? The activation process needs a good 5-10 secs, so the connections has to be stable. b) Is your system or router firewall or Anti Virus product? Some firewalls may block your online activation thinking it to be a malicious activity. If you have a firewall installed in your PC, just disable it until the activation process is completed. If you have centralized firewall, then contact your network administrator to help you disable the network or router firewall. c) Are your proxy settings correct? Just ensure your proxy settings are correct, if in doubt speak to the system administrator. To verify the proxy settings, do this:- For online activation, you will see "Web activation" dialog (small screen). In that dialog, you can see the proxy setting. Please click it and confirm whether url is "www.registerserver.net/2080025/lpweb". If this url is correct, then your proxy setting is correct and your activation will be done successfully. d) Celframe server may be busy, so try after a few minutes. If none of this works, just choose the email activation option. But be sure to wait 5-7 days for the activation code to be sent to you. | |
