All questions about refunds, including a detailed explanation of why you wish to cancel your order, must be sent to refunds@celframe.com. We will review your request within 72 hours. Once your refund has been approved, we will send you instructions on how to return your CD-ROM and/or uninstall the product.

Upon receipt of the returned and unopened CD-ROM a confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail, along with the uninstallation instructions for the product you have downloaded. We must receive your unopened CD within 30 days of the date of purchase in order to issue a refund. Claims and CD returns that are not made within this time frame will not be eligible for a refund.

Due to the digital nature of our products, only valid claims for refunds shall be considered. This policy is not intended to provide users with a free trial. Please review all terms and conditions before making a purchase. As with all in-store purchases, it is the customers responsibility to determine whether the product is appropriate for them before purchasing the product.

This guarantee does not cover products purchased on sale or at a discount and does not include the cost of shipping and handling, credit card processing fees and sales tax (if any). In most cases, we are obligated to charge you a restocking fee of 25% of the cost of returned items to cover our expenses.

Please be advised that packages sent by regular US Postal Service (or through any other country’s regular mail service) cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since GoITShopping.com (A "Prudent Icon Sdn Bhd" Online service) does not provide credit for a return received after 30 days of the date of the purchase, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured.

If any documents or materials have been used in the course of actual business, we will NOT issue refunds. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer is not providing valid grounds for a refund or is abusing our money back guarantee policy.

Return policy is void in cases of fraudulent activity. Fraudulent returns are considered stolen property and a violation of US and International Copyright laws. Your software license will be revoked on charge back orders or returns and the product must be uninstalled immediately. We reserve the right to notify appropriate parties and bill customers back for continued use of unlicensed software. We reserve the right to disable illegal copies and use tracking technologies to determine if our software is being used illegally.

However in all circumstances, Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
